A.V.A. Ballet Theatre presents the annual Nutcracker Ballet on December 19-20-21, 2025. at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts. The Reno Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Tchaikovsky’s score with Laura Jackson conducting. Nutcracker performances will be held Friday December 19th at 8pm, December 20th at 1pm and 7pm and Sunday December 21st at 1pm and 7pm at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Reno. Please see below for dates that guests should attend (held during regular class times ).  We are glad to continue our tradition of donating items to the Children's Cabinet . All students should bring unwrapped items to their Christmas Recital open class to place under the tree. Regular classes continue through Saturday, December 13.
