As of August 2023, the Conservatory will no longer accept cash/check payments for registration or monthly tuition. 

On the 1st of the month, you will receive an auto invoice via email for the classes you are registered for. You will need to click on the PAY button on the email to process tuition with a debit/credit card or bank account payment. Payments received after the 10th of the month incur an automatic $15 late fee. The Conservatory does not store debit/credit card or bank information.

Tuition will be billed monthly. Students are registering for the full school term (Aug - June), not for individual classes. Full tuition is due for the months of December and June. Tuitions are flat monthly rates except for the month of August which is equal to one-half of monthly tuition and due at the first dance class. December tuition is billed November 1 and due by November 10th.  June tuition is billed May 1 and due by May 10th. 

Missed classes can not be deducted from the regular monthly tuition fee. No tuition is deducted for snow days. Classes may be made up at your convenience. Please ask any staff member for suitable times and days.

If a student wishes to discontinue classes, written notice must be given to the studio office one month prior to withdrawal. If one month's notice is not received, a withdrawal fee in the amount of one month's tuition is required.

PLEASE NOTE: In addition to monthly tuition and the registration fee, a recital fee, costume fee, R.A.D. fee and coaching fee (if applicable) must be paid before their due dates in order for your dancer to participate in the Spring Recital and R.A.D. Examinations.
