Happy New Year to all students and Conservatory families!

The Conservatory opens Saturday, Jan. 12 for classes

DONATIONS GREATLY APPRECIATED

The Children's Cabinet and Kids Kottage were very appreciative of all donations received during our annual Christmas Recital. Thank you for your generosity and for supporting your children as they learn the art of dance!

R.A.D. FEES: Due Jan. 17

It is very important that if your student is chosen to participate in R.A.D. Exams/Presentations, Miss Miriam MUST receive fees no later than THURSDAY, JANUARY 17 to enter them with the Academy. Fees are listed below and on the website. Participating grades this year will be: Grade 1H, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and Advanced 1. Coaching schedule will be published at the end of the month. Information on private lessons available below.

OPEN Martin Luther King Jr. Day

The Conservatory will be open on Monday, January 21st for MLKJ Day.

CLOSED President's Day

The Conservatory will be closed on Monday, February 18th for Presidents Day.

UPCOMING FEES

Please budget for upcoming Recital and Costume fees that will be due in March. The Recital will be held at the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts on Saturday, June 8, 2019.

R.A.D. Group Coaching Sessions

& Private Lessons

COACHING SESSIONS: Each examination and presentation group will have one mandatorycoaching session/mock exam to help prepare students for the unique testing environment, protocols, and spacing. Parents are invited to sit in on these sessions to see the progress their dancers have made. Schedule and details will be posted closer to the coaching dates. The cost is $10.00 payable at the time of coaching session. PRIVATE LESSONS:As each year goes by, we have had more and more students interested in private lessons to help prepare for their R.A.D. examinations. This year Miss Miriam and Miss Eve will be available for private lessons during the following times. Students are asked to limit sign-ups to a maximum of three spots so that we may accommodate all that are interested in private lessons. Each 45-minute lesson is $40.00 payable at the time of the private. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be required to pay a $20.00 cancellation fee. Students are encouraged to come prepared with any questions regarding exercises and/or dances.
