This month is recital costume time - very exciting!
All faculty will be busy choosing class costumes. Please watch the board at the studio as the choices are posted.
Miss Miriam will be measuring the students in their classes. All recital fees will be due by February 27, 2017. The amount due will be posted with the pictures of the costumes, so please check the bulletin board.
The annual "Spring Recital" will be held at the Pioneer Center, Saturday, June 10, 2017. Tickets will go on sale May 26th.
The Conservatory will be closed on Monday, February 20 for President's Dayexcept for Majors 5:00pm and 6:00pm classes. Guest teacher Julie Simpson will be teaching the 6:00pm class.
A.V.A. Ballet Theatre dance camp dates: June 19 - 23 finishing with a performance at McKinley Arts & Culture Center on Friday June 23. Please visit avaballet.com for more information.
Downtown Dance Collective presents a dance concert on Valentine's Day. "Love Letters" features works that call the viewer into reflections on love. Loving the other, loving ourselves, loving our enemy, loving our beloved, loving and loss; all explorations on love will be explored. If you have not been to Reno Little Theater this is the perfect time to go and enjoy "Love Letters" on February 14 at 7:30pm. The concert is produced and directed by Miss Eve.
