REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
All rehearsals will be at the Pioneer Center on Saturday, June 10
Arrive on time: The Pioneer stage is disorientating for many new and young dancers. All performers must attend the rehearsal for placement and staging. We need all students safe backstage.
No costumes: You may rehearse in shorts, T-shirt, and ballet shoes.
Enter “Stage Door”: The theater lobby will be closed. The stage door is located on the South side of the theater on State Street and Center Street. Parents will stay backstage in designated area during rehearsals.
The lobby opens one hour prior to show times. The auditorium will open a half hour before each show for general seating.

HOW DO I GET TICKETS TO THE RECITAL?
Recital Tickets are available to purchase through the Pioneer Center Box Office starting Friday, May 26, 2017 at 11:00am. ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE PRICES: General Admission Seating Adults $20.00* Children 3-12 years $15.00* Children under 3 are free but must receive lap ticket from box office. Performers do not need a ticket.
All families receive one complimentary ticket with their Recital Fee from Miss Miriam. This ticket will be handed out at the studio.
Lobby opens one hour prior to show times / Seating begins 1/2 hour prior to show times (first come, first serve)
OTHER INFORMATION
Dancers will arrive with you in costume with make-up and hair done. Details on hair, make-up, and costumes will be given during class time at the studio.
Pre-School through Grade 1 will sit with you in the audience to watch the recital and will be called up to the stage when it is time for them to perform. Grade 2 and up will sit with their classmates in designated rows in Section A to watch the recital.
Run time of the 2pm show is about 50min-1hour and the 7pm show is just over 1hour. Please show respect for the performers and teach your students proper theater etiquette by staying throughout the entire recital.
